INTELICOM is a Solutions Facilitator focused on helping organizations identify, evaluate, and implement the right Telecom, Internet, Cybersecurity, and IT solutions for their unique needs. Unlike traditional vendors who often push a single product or platform, INTELICOM was founded on a simple principle: customers deserve unbiased guidance and solutions that truly fit their business.

Our founders spent nearly two decades in the managed IT services industry and repeatedly saw the same pain point. Vendors sold what they preferred, not what the customer actually needed. INTELICOM was created to change that dynamic. We act as an advocate for the customer, helping them navigate options, compare providers, and ultimately select the best fit solution for performance, reliability, and budget.

We work with companies of all sizes, whether they need better internet, a new phone system, cybersecurity services, or a full technology refresh. INTELICOM simplifies the process by doing the heavy lifting, researching, comparing, coordinating with vendors, and presenting the top options so organizations can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Jake has nearly 20 years of experience in managed services, leadership, and IT strategy. He has co founded and helped scale multiple technology companies, building strong teams and delivering high quality solutions for clients across many industries. Jake is passionate about solving complex business problems, building meaningful relationships, and creating intentional, memorable brands. He believes technology should serve people, not the other way around, and INTELICOM represents his commitment to helping organizations access better, smarter solutions.
